The branch has recently undergone and passed the necessary inspections to receive its annual recertification and is proud to continue to serve the heavy truck industry as an Elite Support dealer.

This annual recertification ensures that the dealership is maintaining the Elite Support standard of delivering unmatched customer service and efficiency with every truck that comes in for service or repair. A total of 140 criteria must be met, in areas of customer service experiences, processes, and facilities.

The Lethbridge location is easily accessible off Highway No. 3 and has as a convenient and comfortable driver’s lounge with satellite TV, beds, a shower, laundry, vending machine, and free coffee. The branch is easy to navigate and has a well-stocked parts inventory, plus access to over $20 million worth of components through its Calgary distribution centre.
