NEW Customer/Technical Support Manager – Dunlop Truck Centres – Lethbridge

As a part of our commitment to always find better ways to serve your heavy truck needs, we are pleased to announce that we have appointed Richard Petrik as our new Customer/Technical Support Manager!
Richard has been a dedicated member of the Dunlop family for 13 years, working as our Service Manager and before that as Shop Foreman. A certified Journeyman Technician, Richard has nearly 30 years of experience working with heavy duty trucks in all aspects of the industry. To put it simply – there’s no problem he can’t solve or help with.
In order to provide our customers with an even higher level of service, Richard will be readily available by phone or in-person at customer locations as needed for diagnostics, advice, customer orientations, driver training, and more.
The first of its kind in southern Alberta, this position of Customer/Technical Support Manager ensures our commitment to offering an unmatched level of customer service.
