Kasha Baldwin of Dunlop Truck Centres honoured at Elite Support Summit

Dunlop Truck Centres congratulates Kasha Baldwin, our Dealer Family Continuous Improvement Coordinator (CIC), on receiving the “WOW” award for Excellence in Implementation of the 5S Elite Support Method.
The award was presented to Kasha by Daimler Trucks North America at the 2020 CIC Summit—an annual event that welcomes coordinators from Elite Support certified dealerships throughout North America.
“I am honoured to receive this award and very thankful for all the support from the amazing staff here at Dunlop Truck Centres,” said Kasha. “We work hard to deliver unmatched customer service, and as the Dealer Family CIC, I am committed to helping ensure our continuous improvement at all three locations.”
The Elite Support program is a commitment to unmatched customer service and continuous improvement across a network of certified dealers. The program’s 5S Process includes Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain. Affecting all aspects of the dealership, the 5S Process is the backbone of the organization’s continuous improvement program.
Kasha, who has been with the Dunlop family since 2017, continues to lead our Dealer Family on Elite Support.
