Cranbrook branch recertified as Elite Support dealer

Dunlop Truck Centres – Cranbrook continues to serve the heavy truck industry as an Elite Support dealer. The branch recently underwent inspections by Daimler Trucks North America to receive its annual recertification, thus marking the second year as an Elite Support dealer.

Annual recertification ensures that the dealership is maintaining the Elite Support standard of delivering unmatched customer service and efficiency every time a truck comes in for service or repair. A total of 140 criteria must be met, in areas of customer service experiences, processes and facilities.

The Cranbrook location has a seven-bay service department, a full-service collision centre and body shop and a well-stocked parts department, as well as access to over $20 million worth of components through its Calgary, Alberta, distribution centre.

Maximizing vehicle uptime is the ultimate goal of Elite Support. With that comes Express Assessment, which is a commitment of the dealer to provide preliminary diagnosis and estimated repair time within two hours of a customer’s arrival. Express Assessment helps customers make better decisions about repair options and adjust load times and equipment to meet their timelines.
